WISTERIA VILLA - Kaminaki - Corfu
 
Kaminaki is an old fishing village nestling at the bottom of a steep hill on the North-East of Corfu. Its stone houses and cottages, painted in traditional colours, cluster around the small bay. This village still retains a true Corfiot atmosphere. In the Springtime fireflies light the rocks at night whilst the densely wooded hillside is home to Corfu's native Scops owls. From May through September water sports including water skiing are available from the small jetty. For those wishing to relax there are a sun beds parasols and parsols on the pebble beach. Wisteria Villa is located only 50 meters from the beach with lovely sea views. It is a magnificent traditionally built stone house painted in the Corfiot colours. The main family house has an outside staircase leading up into a hallway. An open-arch leads into a spacious kitchen/diner. There is ample space for the new owners to replace the present basic kitchen with an extensive range of cupboards and appliances. From the dining area are double French doors leading onto a wrap-around terrace overlooking the sea. From the hallway are doors leading into two double bedrooms, the master bedroom having French doors onto the terrace with sea views. There is a bathroom comprising shower, basin, toilet and the water heater. This upstairs accommodation has high traditional pine clad ceilings and tiled floors.
