A Step-by-Step Guide to Our Services
The new client must fill out the Cyprus Properties For You standard New Client Questionnaire. This can be filled out on our website (the preferred method), or alternatively printed out and emailed to us.
On review of the completed questionnaire, our client will immediately be referred to properties on our website which match their criteria, and follow up phone calls will be made/ emails sent to help guide the client to their desired property.
If the client wishes to view and/ or buy a property through Cyprus Properties For You they must agree to and sign a hard copy of our Client Agreement, and provide us with ID and proof of funds.
Once a property has been chosen, we can arrange an inspection trip for our client including hotel, flight, and transfers. The vast majority of our work is conducted online, or over the phone, and this enables our service to be exceptionally fast and efficient. If, however, the client wishes to meet a representative from Cyprus Properties For You before pursuing such action, a meeting at our office can be arranged.
Our associated agents and developers in Cyprus or Greece will meet the client whilst on their inspection trip, and take them to view their chosen property or properties.
If the client decides they would like to purchase a property, we recommend they meet with one of our panel of Cyprus Properties For You lawyers whilst in Cyprus or Greece. They will advise you on your next steps. The client must also open a bank account while he or she is still in Cyprus or Greece. We strongly advise all our clients not to sign anything or hand over any money until they have liased with a Cyprus Properties For You representative.
Cyprus Properties For You can offer the client a mortgage arranging service, a selection of insurance companies in either the UK or Greece/ Cyprus, tax advice and legal support through our reputable team of lawyers and financial advisers.
Cyprus Properties For You will hold all client monies in trust in th UK. Retaining client funds in the UK is a major incentive of using Cyprus Properties For You.
On successful closure of the property purchase, the client will be reimbursed the cost of their inspection trip. |
